Petra, also known as the "Rose City", is an ancient Nabatean city. This is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It is renowned for its rock-cut architecture and hidden desert beauty.  Once, this site was a thriving trade hub; it now stands as a spectacular UNESCO World Heritage Site, attracting millions of visitors from all over the world.

Situated in Jordan, this site was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the year 1985. This site is ranked in the sixth position on the top 10 UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Visitors can walk through the Siq, a narrow canyon leading to the famous Al-Khazneh (Treasury), and explore Petra's various attractions, like tombs, temples, and caves carved into rose-red sandstone cliffs.
