6. Babe Ruth


George Herman Ruth Jr., popularly known as Babe Ruth, was America's greatest baseball player. He began his career as a pitcher with the Red Sox. As a pitcher, he has twice achieved the skill of winning 23 matches in a season. Later, while playing for the New York Yankees, he revealed his true identity as a brilliant outfielder. He was also known by names like "The Bambino" and "The Sultan of Swat".

In 1936, he was included in the first five players of the Baseball Hall of Fame. In 1917, he recorded 24 wins with a 2.01 ERA. In one match, when he got angry with the umpire's decision and punched him, he was suspended for 10 days and was also fined. Then Ernie Shore made history by making that match almost a no-hitter. Ruth is considered one of America's greatest players.
